Rütteldorf (colloquially: "Ridldoʳf") is a district of the Cadolzburg market in the central Franconian district of Fürth .

geography

The village is located in the valley of the Reichenbach , a left tributary of the Bibert . The Deberndorfer Bach flows directly to the east as a left tributary into the Reichenbach. The place is surrounded by arable land and grassland. The southeast corridor is called Bodenäcker, northwest Weiherfeld, northeast Burgstall. A community road leads to Ballersdorf (0.8 km west) or Vogtsreichenbach (1.2 km east), another to the district road FÜ 19 (0.9 km north) between Deberndorf (1.1 km west) and Zautendorf (0 , 8 km northeast).

history

The place was first mentioned in 1341 as "Rudelnorf" in a document in which the sale of Fritz von Lewzingen's property to the Heilsbronn monastery was confirmed. The final word of the place name is the personal name Ruodilo, a diminutive of the personal name Ruodo.

Towards the end of the 18th century there were eight properties in Rütteldorf (one mill, four half yards, one estate, two small estates). The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Bayreuth municipal bailiff in Markt Erlbach to a limited extent. If necessary, it had to be delivered to the Brandenburg-Ansbach Oberamt Cadolzburg . The Neuhof caste office in Brandenburg-Bayreuth held the authority of the village and the community as well as the landlord over all properties .

As part of the community edict, Rütteldorf was assigned to the Deberndorf tax district, formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the rural community of Deberndorf , which was founded in the same year . On January 1, 1972, the community Deberndorf was dissolved in the course of the regional reform in Bavaria and Rütteldorf was incorporated into Cadolzburg.
