Rosiwka ( Ukrainian Розівка ; Russian Розовка Rozovka ) is an urban-type in the east of oblast Saporischschja in the south-central Ukraine and the administrative center of Rajons Rosiwka .

The place with 3140 inhabitants (2019) was mentioned for the first time in 1788, in 1823/24 there was an influx of German settlers (in the so-called planner colonies ), they named the place Rosenberg or Colony No. 7. In 1898 it was officially returned to its renamed Russian name Rosowka (Ukrainian Rosiwka ). Between 1925 and 1939 the settlement was in the Luxemburg-German Nationalrajon . The village has had urban-type settlement status since 1938.

In addition to Rosiwka, the settlement council also includes the villages Luhanske ( Луганське ) and Perschotrawnewe ( Першотравневе ). The trunk road N 08 / Territorial road T – 08–03 runs through the village .
