The Route nationale 648 A , N 648 A or RN 648 A for short , was a French national road and from 1933 to 1973 a side branch of the national road 648, which branched off from it in Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry and led to the Spanish border on the Col d'Ispéguy led.
