The Route nationale 648 A , N 648 A or RN 648 A for short , was a French national road and from 1933 to 1973 a side branch of the national road 648, which branched off from it in Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry and led to the Spanish border on the Col d'Ispéguy led. There it found its continuation in the local road NA 2600 of the province of Navarre. Their length was 8 kilometers.
