The N514 was a French national road from 1933 to 1973, which ran between Chindrieux and the N491 (from 1950 N201) south of Lac du Bourget. Their length was 32 kilometers. In 1978 the section between the junction of the N521 A and the N201 became part of the new N504. From 1975 to 2000 there was a N514 in Sannois as an extension of exit 3 of the A15.

The N514 B was a branch of the N514 from 1933 to 1973, which branched off from it in Le Bourget-du-Lac and led to the N491 (from 1950 N201) at the southern end of the east bank of Lac du Bourget. In 1978 it was renumbered in N211 with the function of a side branch of the N201 and downgraded in 2006. Their length was 2 kilometers.
