The N546 was a French national road from 1933 to 1973, running in two parts between the N85 south of Sisteron and Buis-les-Baronnies. Their total length was 68.5 kilometers. From 1978 to 2006 there was another N546, as a connection between the N544 and N545 in the port area near Fos-sur-Mer. Today this is communal road.
