Samsula-Spruce Creek is directly adjacent to the cities of Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach and is about 15 km east of DeLand and about 60 km north of Orlando . The CDP is crossed by 44 Florida State Road .

According to the 2010 census, the then 5047 inhabitants were distributed among 2719 households.
