German Chess League 2017/18 (Austria)

The 2017/18 national chess league was the 43rd season of the Austrian national chess league . The champion was SK Sparkasse Jenbach , which won all competitions. The defending champion SV Raika Rapid Feffernitz had to be content with fourth place. ASVÖ Pamhagen (group east), the game community Grieskirchen / Schallerbach (center) and SIR Royal Salzburg (west) were promoted from the 2nd Bundesliga. Salzburg achieved relegation, while Grieskirchen / Schallerbach and Pamhagen had to relegate together with SK Absam .
