Sharknado 6: The Last One (Original title: The Last Sharknado: It's About Time ) is an American television - horror film from the year 2018 . He's after Sharknado - enough said! (2013), Sharknado 2 (2014), Sharknado 3 (2015), Sharknado 4 (2016) and Sharknado 5: Global Swarming (2017) the sixth and last part of the Sharknado series.
As with the previous films, Anthony C. Ferrante directed. Was produced Sharknado 6 of The Asylum and the transmitter Syfy . The main characters are again Fin Shepard ( Ian Ziering ) and April Wexler-Shepard ( Tara Reid ) as well as friends of Fin who died in previous parts: Nova Clarke from parts 1, 3 and 5; Bryan and Skye from Part 2. In the finale, other recurring characters have a guest appearance. In this part, after the end of Sharknado 5, Fin travels through time to different eras in order to stop Sharknados and prevent the events of the previous films.
action
After the end of the fifth part, when Fin and his son Gil started a journey through time, Fin ended up alone in prehistoric times with dinosaurs. A recorded message explains Gil's disappearance by saying that a person can only travel back in time once, which Gil had already done before. In the past, Fin meets his friends Nova, Bryan and his wife April (in human form), who Gil had each time traveled there a moment before their original death in order to stop the first Sharknado ever. This appears along with a meteor shower that the troops use to destroy the Sharknado. A capacitor in Gil's wing badge is activated and sends you forward through time.
First they land (Bryan is a woman as a side effect of the time jump ) in the Middle Ages , where Gil had also landed, and meet Morgan le Fay and Merlin . To destroy the Sharknado, Fin uses the Excalibur sword . Next they end up in the Revolutionary War and use George Washington cannons to destroy the Sharknado. Fin prevents Nova from sending her ancestor a message to her grandfather, and Bryan (a man again) decides to stay during this time.
Their next landing in the Wild West happens to lead to Billy the Kid's escape and Fin's arrest instead. In prison he meets Gil, who has also ended up in time, looking for his parents; but these cannot help him because that would endanger the timelines. Instead, Skye saves him, who like the others, saved Gil from death so that he can travel back in time through the Sharknado. The group then uses the forces of April's robot head from the fifth part to destroy it. They time travel on a train to a beach during the 1950s, where Fin meets his parents, who have a prototype of the capacitor from Gil. This should bring the group to the Sharknado from the first part after 2013; Instead, Nova leads her to 1997 to save her grandfather from a shark attack. But Nova and the human April die while the robot head goes down in the water.
Fin and Skye end up in a post-apocalyptic year 20013 with clones from April and a robot April as queen. They were developed from the robot head that had preserved the human April. The Queen tries to persuade Fin to stay by cloning her children and Nova. When he refuses and the Queen punishes him with electric shocks, the human April wakes up and fights her robot version. Meanwhile, Fin travels to 2013, the beginning of the first film. But the robot April of the future appears and fights with Fin in the Sharknado for the consendator, which leads to the destruction of time. April's robot head destroys the future robot and with a nuclear explosion the Sharknado, which creates a new timeline.
In this new alternative, no sharknados from the previous films happened, and all of Fin's family and friends are alive. He and April, who is pregnant with Gil, have run the bar from the first film so far, but now they want to retire, so that Fin gives a farewell speech at the end of the film series.
