The valley slopes near Göttin are a nature reserve in the Schleswig-Holstein communities of Göttin , Grambek and Besenthal in the Duchy of Lauenburg district .

The 71 hectare nature reserve is registered under number 133 in the directory of nature reserves of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Areas. It was expelled in 1990 (date of regulation: March 29, 1990). The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the Duchy of Lauenburg district.

The two-part land area is located north and south of the goddess at the eastern edge of the glacial Delvenau - meltwater channel south of Mölln . It is part of the FFH area "Valley slopes near Göttin, Grambeker ponds and surroundings".

The nature reserve is characterized by wooded areas and remnants of the Lauenburgische Wärmeheide, a historical cultural landscape with predominantly dry locations. The area used to be grazed with sheep , creating an open dwarf shrub heather landscape. After grazing ended, the slopes between Grambek and Bergholz were reforested . In the 1980s were pines cleared a large area afforestation to the remaining heathland to give the opportunity to spread.

The nature reserve is looked after by the United Environment Friends Gudow and the Botanical Association of Hamburg under the leadership of the Duchy of Lauenburg Foundation . Agricultural areas are attached to the protected area . The area to the north of the goddess, which is cut through by the federal highway 24 , is also bordered by forest areas.
