Thomas Bredahl
Thomas Bredahl (born November 2, 1980 in Herning , Denmark ) is a Danish singer and guitarist . He is a member of the band Gob Squad and was lead guitarist for the band Volbeat from 2006 to 2011 .
Career
Bredahl played in various bands before he was one of the founding members of the punk band Gob Squad in 2003 . The debut album Call for Response followed in the same year . The second album, Far Beyond Control , was released in 2005. In autumn 2007, Bredahl toured Denmark with his band as a support act for Volbeat. After Volbeat had finished the recordings for their second album Rock the Rebel / Metal the Devil , the band separated from their guitarist Franz "Hellboss" Gottschalk . Bredahl was his successor, but remained a member of Gob Squad. In 2008 Gob Squad first released their third album, Watch the Cripple Dance . In August 2008 the third Volbeat album Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood was released , on which Bredahl can be heard for the first time. On November 28, 2011, the three other members of the band announced the immediate separation from Bredahl.
