Timmi Trinks (born February 13, 1994 in Berlin ) is a German actor .

Timmi Trinks, who has ancestors in the United States and the Netherlands , grew up in Berlin with his brother Benjamin Trinks .

At the age of six he was on a theater stage for the first time and took on his first television role in the series In the Name of the Law in 2002 , which was followed by a lead episode role with the Coast Guard in the same year.

At a young age, he was in front of the camera in productions such as The Very Best Piece , the successful series Our Charly , and in the TV film A Grand Prize for Papa , directed by Bodo Fürneisen . He traveled to Ireland in 2005 for a leading role in the first Robin Pilcher film and then took on a continuous role in the ARD series Sophie - Bride Against Will .

In 2006 he was allowed to play a role in the historic ZDF three-part series Die Kinder der Flucht , directed by Hans Christoph Blumenberg , as well as a leading role in Das Traumhotel in the United Arab Emirates . In the same year he stood in front of the camera in other productions such as the TV series Hauptstadtrevier , Heiter bis tödlich: Akt Ex and Der Landarzt .

In 2014 he played a leading role in the fairy tale adaptations Die Schwefelhölzchen based on the fairy tale The Little Girl with the Sulfur Woods . This was followed by projects such as that of the Film University Potsdam Oblivio , the TV film Leberkäseland and a leading role in the episode in Morden im Norden . In the feature film Meier Müller Schmidt of Sebastian Peterson he took a minor role.

In the period that followed, he took on TV roles in the theater film adaptation of Platonov based on the play of the same name by Anton Chekhov , in the series pilot of Warner Bros Best Sisters and played a leading role in the In All Friendship - The Young Doctors and in the successful series The Teacher .

He made his cinema debut with a leading role in 2015 in the youth action adventure film Alone Against Time - The Film , directed by Christian Theede . The film will premiere in autumn 2016.

From 2015 to spring 2016, Trinks lived and worked in Copenhagen , Denmark.

In 2016 he also appeared in a leading episode role in the ZDF series Heldt , an episode role in Die Bergretter and another leading role in SOKO Munich .
