Even before the Second World War (as WKS Poznań), Grunwald won the Polish Cup three times. Seven years after the war, the club started playing hockey again. In 1975 the department moved to KS Pocztowiec Poznań , but was re-established a few years later. There are a total of 15 national titles in the field and nine titles in the hall. Since the 1990s, the all-in-blue club has also been taking part in European Cup competitions, with the team taking third place in the 1994 indoor national championship cup and 1997 field cup winners' cup . Around 100 players belong to the department.
