Viktor Nikolaevich Myasnikov

Viktor Nikolajewitsch Mjasnikow ( Russian Виктор Николаевич Мясников , English transcription Viktor Myasnikov ; born September 3, 1948 in Chistopol ) is a former Soviet hurdler who specialized in the 110-meter distance .

At the Olympic Games in 1972 , he was eliminated in advance.

Over 60 m hurdles he was seventh at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1974 in Gothenburg and sixth in 1975 in Katowice .

In 1976 he won over 60 m hurdles at the European Indoor Championships in Munich and finished eighth at the Olympic Games in Montreal , in 1977 he won silver at the European Indoor Championships in San Sebastián over 60 m hurdles.

Outdoors, he was four times Soviet champion over 110 m hurdles (1972, 1974-1976), indoors twice over 60 m hurdles (1975, 1976) and three times over 110 m hurdles (1972, 1979, 1980).
