Wolfgang von Webenau
Wolfgang von Webenau (pseudonym: "D. Fact") (born July 31, 1970 in Augsburg ) is a German music producer and composer of pop and rock music, as well as film and advertising music.
Life
Wolfgang von Webenau has already received more than 60 gold and platinum awards for his productions and has sold over 20 million albums and singles. His titles were in the top 10 of the international charts over 70 times. Since 1998 he has been producing and writing together with producer Achim Kleist (Syndicate Musicproduction).
Greatest success so far
Together with Achim Kleist (pseudonym Frank Lio) he landed a world hit in 1999 with the artist Lou Bega and the title "Mambo No.5". In the USA, the song immediately landed at number 1 on the radio charts. Wolfgang von Webenau and Achim Kleist also produced the following album "A Litte Bit of Mambo", which they composed together with Lou Bega and Christian Pletschacher. The LP reached number 3 on the US Billboard charts . The album went into the top 10 in 26 countries . In 2000, he was nominated for the best producer for the Echo .
