The 2012 Wyldecrest Park Homes World Seniors Championship was a snooker tournament held from October 27-28, 2012 at the Mountbatten Center in Portsmouth .

Defending champion Darren Morgan from Wales reached the semi-finals, which he lost 2-0 to Nigel Bond .

In the final, Bond finally won 2-0 against Tony Chappel .

The invitation tournament took place as part of the Main Tour of the 2012/13 snooker season . The tournament, which had already taken place in 1991, was revived in 2010. In 2012 the tournament was held for the fourth time.

The condition for the tournament participation is that the players are older than 45 years.

12 players took part at the invitation of the WPBSA , most of them ex-world champions or other popular players who have been successful in the past. Four participants were determined at a qualifying tournament.
