The Yearly Yuan-jiang Gujinggong Liquor Haikou World Open 2013 was a snooker tournament that was held from February 25 to March 3, 2013 at the Hainan International Exhibition Center in Haikou .

Last year's winner Mark Allen was able to successfully defend his title by beating Matthew Stevens 10: 4 in the final .
