The Royal London Watches Grand Prix 2007 was a snooker tournament of the Main Tour - 2007/08 . It was held from October 13 to 21, 2007 at the Exhibition and Conference Center in Aberdeen, Scotland (AECC). For the second time since 2006 , the tournament was held in two parts: a group stage, in which 16 players remained, who then played an elimination tournament for victory. The following year they returned to the pure elimination tournament.

The defending champion was Australian Neil Robertson , who won his first rankings title in 2006, but this time did not get beyond the group stage. He was replaced by Marco Fu , who also won a ranking tournament for the first time with the Grand Prix. He defeated Ronnie O'Sullivan 9-6 in the final .

Group stage

The top 32 of the snooker world rankings were set for the main tournament. 16 players had prevailed in the qualification. These 48 players were divided into 8 groups of 6 players each. Each group played in the mode everyone against everyone and the two best players then made it to the round of 16.
