The 1995 Škoda Grand Prix was a snooker tournament from the 1995/96 season that was held from October 16 to 29, 1995 in the Crowtree Center in Sunderland in the north-east of England. Having been firmly established in Reading for 10 years until 1993, the Grand Prix had now moved for the second time.
Defending champion John Higgins made it to the final again this year. This time he met the world champion and world number one Stephen Hendry . The dominant player of the Main Tour retained the upper hand in this final and won 9: 5. It was the fourth Grand Prix title for Hendry in nine years.

64 players competed in the main tournament in Preston . The top 32 of the world rankings were set. The 32 players who had prevailed in the qualification were drawn to them.

459 players had registered for the tournament. Eight qualifying rounds were necessary to reduce the field for the main tournament. Spread over the period from June 28 to September 18, 1995, the players from 33rd place in the world rankings competed against each other. The 32 winners then met the top 32 in the world in Sunderland in October .
