The Dafabet Players Tour Championship 2012/13 - Grand Finals was a snooker tournament that took place between March 12 and 17, 2013 in the Bailey Allen Hall on the campus of the National University of Ireland (NUI) in the western Irish port city of Galway .

Eligible for entry were 32 players who had qualified in the thirteen previous PTC series tournaments. Defending champion Stephen Lee had qualified by winning the APTC event in Yixing , but did not take part due to the ongoing investigation against him on suspicion of involvement in betting manipulation.

In the quarterfinals, Ding Junhui managed the 97th maximum break in the first frame of his game against Mark Allen . It was the ninth 147 break of the season and the fifth in Ding Junhui's career.

In the final, Ding finally beat Neil Robertson 4: 3 after a 3-0 deficit . He won his sixth title in a world ranking tournament.
