Zhaobaogou culture
The Zhaobaogou culture ( Chinese 趙宝 溝 文化 / 赵宝 沟 文化 , Pinyin Zhàobǎogōu wénhuà , English Zhaobaogou Culture ) was a Neolithic culture in northern China. The eponymous Zhaobaogou site is located in the Aohan banner , Chifeng , Inner Mongolia . It was excavated in 1986. The culture is dated 7000-6400 BC. Dated. It was followed by the Xinglongwa culture. Other sites are Baiyinchanghan, Shuiquan and Xiaoshan.
The Zhaobaogou site (Zhaobaogou yizhi 赵宝 沟 遗址) in the Aohan banner has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-28) since 2006 .
