The Austrian Women's Soccer Cup was played for the 42nd time in the 2015/16 season. As the ÖFB Ladies Cup , it was held for the 24th time by the Austrian Football Association and began on September 9, 2015 with the first round and ended on May 22, 2016 with the final in the Ertl Glas Stadium in Amstetten . The trophy went to the FSK St. Pölten-Spratzern for the fourth time in a row .

For the Austrian Women's Football Cup, based on the participation of the leagues of the 2015/16 season, the following 32 teams, which after the season placement of the ÖFB Women's Bundesliga 2014/15 and the 2nd League Middle / West 2014/15 and the 2nd League East / South 2014/15 are classified. Teams that are marked as crossed out did not take part in the competition for various reasons or are second teams and therefore did not play for the cup. The state cup winners, state champions or representatives of the 2014/15 season could also take part.
