Ďáblice (German Dablitz ) is a district and a cadastral municipality in the north of the Czech capital Prague . Ďáblice was originally an independent municipality, since 1968 it has belonged to the Prague 8 administrative district .

history

The place Ďáblice, originally Dawlice , was mentioned for the first time in writing in 1253 in a document from the Knights of the Cross with the red heart .

The settlement Nové Ďáblice (New Dablitz) was laid out south of Staré Ďáblice (Old Dablitz).
