Prague 9 is an administrative district of the Czech capital Prague . It includes the majority of the cadastral municipality Vysočany , part of Libeň (east of the 070 railway line ), Prosek , part of Střížkov , most of Hrdlořezy , part of Hloubětín and a small part of Malešice .
Prague 9 is home to the Praha-Vysočany and Praha-Libeň stations, as well as stations on the B ( Českomoravská , Vysočanská , Kolbenova ) and C ( Prosek ) metro lines .
