Prague 3 is an administrative district of the Czech capital Prague . The district is in the north of the city. Prague 3 includes most of the Žižkov cadastral parish and parts of Vinohrady , Vysočany and Strašnice . The area of the district has remained unchanged since it was established in 1960. In Prague 3 is the Sankt Vitkov (Vítkov).
