The 1st Amateur League Southwest 1974/75 was the 28th season of the 1st Amateur League and the 23rd season after the merging of the seasons Rheinhessen , Vorderpfalz and Westpfalz . The championship won the Eintracht Kreuznach .  Kreuznach was also successful in the promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga South and was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga South . The VfR Kaiserslautern , the BSC Oppau , Arminia Ludwigshafen and green and white high Speyer had to descend to the 2nd Amateur League. For the following season 1975/76 came from the 2nd regional league the promoted ASV Idar-Oberstein , FV Kusel , SV Weisenau and Viktoria Herxheim , from the 2nd Bundesliga South came relegated  Wormatia Worms .
