SV Gonsenheim won the championship . The ASV Fußgönheim and Eintracht Bad Kreuznach had to dismount after this season in their local league. As a climber came next season from the state league SG Rieschweiler as champions and the runner-up SV Hermersberg (West) and VfB Bodenheim (East). Between the second-placed DJK-SV Phönix Schifferstadt and the third-placed TuS Altleiningen , there was a playoff for second place, which Altleiningen won 5-0. The possible rise, however, was not noticed. For the next season, the team of the ATSV Wattenheim also no longer took part in the league.
