The Football Association League Southwest 2012/13 was the fifth season of the sixth class Association League Southwest in regional men's football in the southern part of  Rhineland-Palatinate .

Status: end of season

Immediately after relegation, SV Alemannia Waldalgesheim won the championship again and thus returned to the league. Hassia Bingen and SV Rodenbach had to relegate to their respective national league after this season. As a climber came next season from the national league as champions of SV Morlautern (West) and ASV Fußgönheim (East). Between the second place in the national leagues, ASV Winnweiler (West) and Fortuna Mombach (East), there was a promotion round which ended 0-0 in the first leg in Winnweiler and ended in a 3-2 home win for Fortuna in the second leg in Mombach . This also rose to the next season.
