The 1st league 2010/11 was the 63rd season of the second highest Polish men's soccer division. The season began on July 31, 2010 and ended on June 11, 2011 and a total of eighteen clubs took part.
Odra Wodzisław and Piast Gliwice were relegated from the Ekstraklasa . Ruch Radzionków , Górnik Polkowice , Termalica Bruk-Bet Nieciecza and Kolejarz Stróże were promoted from the third Polish division .
