ACE Aviation Holdings is a Canadian holding company based in Montréal and was the parent company of the Canadian airline Air Canada .

history

ACE Aviation Holding was founded in 2004 to create a new parent company for the insolvent airline Air Canada and thus end the Chapter 11 insolvency state .

In November 2012, ACE Aviation Holdings sold its shares in Air Canada.
