Skyservice Airlines was a Canadian charter flight company of Skyservice Inc . based in Toronto . Skyservice Inc. also operated business and ambulance airlines, employed more than 2000 people and maintained more than 50 business and airline machines.
history
Skyservice Airline was founded in 1986. On May 2, 2005, Skyservice received its first of two Boeing 767-300s and started operations on the same day with a flight from Toronto to Puerto Vallarta . The two planes flew chartered from Toronto to Great Britain and Europe for Sunquest Vacations over the summer and from Vancouver to the Caribbean and Mexico in the winter.
On August 28, Skyservice announced that it had acquired a large stake in Gibralt Capital Corp. was acquired. Business charter and ambulance airlines are excluded from the sale.
On April 1, 2010, Skyservice announced that it would cease operations.
Destinations
Skyservice operated charter flights for several tourism companies within Canada, the USA, the Caribbean, Mexico, Israel and Europe.
