The village of Agii Theodori ( Greek Άγιοι Θεόδωροι ( m. Pl. )) Is located in the west of the Greek island of Samos at an altitude of 280 m. The closest villages are Kondeika 2 km northeast and Platanos 1.5 km southeast.

Agii Theodori is located on the main road from Karlovasi to Pythagorio . The village is surrounded by vineyards and has 127 inhabitants. First the village was called Kavaseika (Καβασέϊκα) and was renamed after the church of the same name. The most important source of income is viticulture. In the past, tobacco was also grown here.

With the implementation of the community reform according to the Kapodistrias program in 1997, the rural community Agii Theodori (Κοινότητα Αγίων Θεοδώρων) was incorporated into the municipality of Karlovasia. The 2010 administrative reform brought the former municipalities of the island together to form the municipality of Samos . Since the correction of the administrative reform in 2019 in two municipalities, Agii Theodori belongs to the municipality of Dytiki Samos .
