The Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe ( SHAPE for short ; German Supreme Headquarters of the Allied Forces in Europe ) is the headquarters of the Allied Command Operations ( ACO ), which is subordinate to the NATO headquarters in addition to the Allied Command Transformation (ACT) .
