Ames is a Spanish municipality in the autonomous community of Galicia . Ames is also a city, a parroquia and the administrative seat of the municipality of the same name. The 31,793 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019) live on an area of ​​80.04 km ² , 71 km from the provincial capital A Coruña .
