Arzúa is a municipality , a parroquia and a place in the autonomous community of Galicia , in the province of A Coruña in the north of Spain .

Way of St. James

As the last stage before Santiago de Compostela , the place is very important for strong-running St. James pilgrims on the Camino Francés , because the remaining 39 kilometers can be covered in one day.
