The Annonay Rhône Agglo is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the Ardèche department of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It was founded on December 16, 2016 and comprises 29 parishes. The seat of the administration is in Davézieux .

Historical development

The association of municipalities was created with effect from January 1, 2017 through the merger of the predecessor organizations Communauté d'agglomération du Bassin d'Annonay and Communauté de communes Vivarhône with access to the municipalities of Ardoix and Quintenas from the Communauté de communes du Val d'Ay .
