Büste is a district of the town of Bismark (Altmark) in the Stendal district in Saxony-Anhalt (Germany).

The Altmark village bust near the small town Bismark (Altmark) is located midway between Stendal and Salzwedel . The flat, undulating area around Bust slopes slightly to the west and north to Milde and Margraben . The former tower castle was the eponymous parent house of the Altmark aristocratic family von Beust .
history
Until December 31, 2009, Büste was an independent parish.
The municipal council of the municipality of Büste decided on June 18, 2009 to approve an area change agreement, which dissolved its municipality and became part of a new unified municipality called the city of Bismark (Altmark) . This contract was approved by the county as the lower local supervisory authority and came into effect on January 1, 2010.
A local council with five members including the local mayor is formed in the incorporated municipality and now the locality of Büste.
