Friedrichsfleiß belongs to the village of Hohenwulsch and is a district of the town of Bismark (Altmark) in the Stendal district in Saxony-Anhalt (Germany).

geography

The Altmark village Friedrich diligence is located five kilometers northeast of the town Bismark (Altmark).

history

The village was laid out at the end of the 18th century by the then owner of Hohenwulsch Friedrich von Levetzow . At that time it consisted of day laborer's apartments and two farms, which were laid out in Rekhan according to the principles of the Krünitz encyclopedia and Friedrich Eberhard von Rochow .

In 1867 there were 134 inhabitants in the village, in 1871 there were 112 and in 2010 only 44.

The rural community Friedrichsfleiß originally belonged to the district of Stendal . It lost its independence on September 30, 1928 when the rural communities Friedrichsfleiß and Hohenwulsch were merged with the Hohenwulsch manor district and the Hohenwulsch rural community. Since Hohenwulsch was incorporated into the town of Bismark (Altmark) on January 1, 2010, the Friedrichsfleiß district has been part of the newly formed town of Hohenwulsch and the town of Bismark (Altmark).
