The Nürnberg Ostring stop is an S-Bahn station in Nuremberg , located on the Nuremberg – Schwandorf railway line . It is located in the eastern corner of the Tullnau district , on the border with Gleißhammer and Mögeldorf , above the intersection with the Ringstrasse (B 4 R). It is divided into station category 6 and has a central platform 120 m long and 85 cm high. The stop is served by the S-Bahn line S1 (Bamberg - Nuremberg - Hartmannshof ) and is linked to the city ​​bus lines 43 and 65.

The opening of the stop by the Deutsche Bundesbahn took place on September 26, 1987 with the start of operations on the first Nuremberg S-Bahn line.
