Beatrice Ask
Eva Carin Beatrice Ask (born April 20, 1956 in Sveg , Härjedalen ) is a Swedish politician of the Moderata samlingspartiet .
From 1984 to 1988 she was the leader of her party's youth organization. From 1991 to 1994 she was Minister of Education in Sweden. In 1994 she was elected to the Swedish Reichstag , from 2003 she was her party's judicial policy spokeswoman. On October 6, 2006, she was in the new government Reinfeldt to Justice Minister appointed, Ask making it one of the few non-lawyers, which previously occupied this office in Sweden. After the 2014 elections, a government led by the Social Democrats was formed. Her successor in the Cabinet Löfven was Morgan Johansson .
