Behringersdorfer Forest

Location of the Behringersdorfer Forst in the district of Nürnberger Land

The 11.16 km² large state forest is the part of the Sebalder Reichswald north of Schwaig and west of Rückersdorf . The A3 motorway runs on the southwestern edge of the area, one kilometer east of it is the Behringersdorfer See. The federal highway 14 and the railway line Nürnberg – Cheb run south outside.

Waters

The Langwassergraben rises in the north of the area and runs through the forest from north to southwest, in order to later flow into the Pegnitz in the waterworks district of Nuremberg 's Erlenstegen district .
