The Benz 29/60 PS was a further development of the Benz 35/60 PS .

The car was a four cylinder - line engine with 7360 cc capacity, the 60 hp (44 kW) at 1400 min -1 developed. The engine power was passed on to a four-speed gearbox via a leather cone clutch and from there via a cardan shaft or, if desired, chains to the rear wheels. The top speed was 90 km / h, the fuel consumption 27 l / 100 km.

The vehicles were still equipped with wooden or wire-spoke wheels and leaf-sprung rigid axles. The chassis cost 16,500.00, the double phaeton 19,000.00, the sedan ℳ 21,000.00 and the Landaulet the same price.
