Bohlscheid is a district of the municipality of Eitorf , consisting of the former districts of Niederbohlscheid and Oberbohlscheid . Bohlscheid used to be a school location.

The place lies on the mountain ridge of the same name, with changeable names to the Bolenbach flowing next to it . A refugee settlement was formed on this site in the post-war period , which partially stagnated in a slum area and the local name Klein Texas , but is now called Orchideental due to changes in ownership and new buildings .
