Halft and its districts 1900

Halft is a village in the municipality of Eitorf , located at the mouth of the Ottersbach to Sieg . It was first mentioned in 1597. The former districts belong to Halft

- Knight seat Weyerhof
- Diedrichshof
Located on the other side win the district halter ferry is now one of Alzen Bach and is accessible via a footbridge over the victory.
For a while, Halft was an independent municipality, which is still reflected in its own cadastre today . In 1597, apart from Halft and the districts already mentioned, Probach , Kelters , Hombach , Bohlscheid , Baleroth , the lost Hofstatt , Köttingen , Kehlenbach , Wilbertzhohn and Ottersbach belonged to the honors .
