Bohuňov (German Bogenau ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic .
It is located seven kilometers southwest of Březová nad Svitavou and seventeen kilometers south of Svitavy in the valley of the Křetínka . The municipality belongs to the Okres Svitavy and lies on the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands .
