Študlov (German Studlow ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located nine kilometers northwest of Letovice and belongs to the Okres Svitavy .
geography
Študlov is located in Svitavská pahorkatina on a ridge between the Křetínka and Svitava valleys . In the northeast rises the Padělky (533 m), northwest of the Šimkův Kopec (536 m). The historic border between Moravia and Bohemia ran north of the village .
Neighboring towns are Chrastavec in the north, Půlpecen , Moravská Chrastová and Chrastová Lhota in the Northeast, Rozhraní and Bradlné the east, Vilémov, Stvolová and Vlkov in the southeast, Lazinov , Dolní Poříčí and Prostřední Poříčí in the south, Horní Poříčí in the southwest, Bohuňov the west and Vítějeves in the north-west.
history
The first written mention of the village took place in 1629 as part of the Křetín rule . After the establishment of the premises in Bradlné, Študlov was parish there in 1791. At the same time Bradlné also became a school location.
After the abolition of patrimonial Studlov formed from 1850 a district of the community Bradlné in the district authority Boskovice . The Studlov municipality was established in 1910 and has been called Študlov since 1923 . In 1950 the Moravian community was assigned to the Bohemian Okres Svitavy . Today Študlov consists of 74 houses, 21 of which are used as holiday homes.
