In 1504 Stvolová was attached to the Letovice domain . In 1790 the religious fund built the parish church of St. Exaltation of the cross in Bradlné to which Stvolová was also parish. From 1843 the railway from Brno to Böhmisch Trübau was built by the Imperial and Royal Northern State Railways . The Svitava between Stvolová and Skrchov was also regulated. In 1849 the railway started operating without stopping in Stvolová. Until the middle of the 19th century the village was subject to the Letovice domain.

After the abolition of patrimonial Stvolová, Skřib and Vlkov formed from 1850 districts of the municipality Rozhraní in the district administration Boskovice . An evangelical cemetery was established in Dolní Smržov in 1868. In 1880 the municipality of Stvolová was established with the districts Rozhraní, Skřib, Vilémov and Vlkov.
