history
The oldest written mention was made in 1531 in the Boskovic city book. The settlement developed around a farm yard. In 1554 the Václav Doubravka from Hradiště was named in the course of the sale of the Blansk Forest. This was considered to be the first evidence about Ráječko until 1999. At the beginning of the 17th century the village consisted of 24 properties, of which three were described as desolate in the Hoof Register of 1656 after the Thirty Years War. In 1766 Anton Josef Altgraf von Salm-Reifferscheidt acquired the fiefdom Blansko including Ráječko for 100,694 guilders from Karl Josef von Gellhorn and added it to the Dominium Raitz . The counts Salm-Reifferscheidt-Raitz led the rule to an economic and cultural boom. In 1788 the farmyard was parceled out and the land was divided up against the subjects in return for interest payments. As a result, the village grew to 47 houses by 1793 and had 200 inhabitants. In 1825 Hugo Franz Altgraf zu Salm-Reifferscheidt had a one-class village school built in Ráječko. He also took over the material costs for the school building, transport and construction work was the responsibility of the residents. In 1834 there were 320 people living in 49 houses in Ráječko.
After the replacement of patrimonial Ráječko / Rajetzko became an independent municipality in the Boskovice district administration in 1850 . In 1869 the village had 459 inhabitants, in 1890 there were 557. On April 19, 1883, a large fire destroyed eight properties and the bell tower. During the melting of the snow, the Svitava flooded its banks on March 9th and 10th, 1888 and flooded all fields of the village. At the same time, the river washed away the Black Bridge and the mill weir at Dolní Lhota. In 1891 the conversion of the school for two-class lessons was completed. The volunteer fire brigade was founded in 1899, but the community had already bought a fire engine from Hiller & Witwe from Brno five years earlier . In 1900, 650 people lived in the 93 houses in the village. In 1948 Ráječko was assigned to the Okres Blansko . On August 31, 1952, the Chrabek swelled into a torrent after a downpour and flooded the village. In 1999 Leoš Vašek discovered the oldest evidence of Ráječko in the Boskovice town register. After a violent thunderstorm, Ráječko was hit again on May 26, 2003 by a flood of the Chrabek. The bridge over the Svitava was renewed in 2008. The largest company in Ráječko is the production facility of the electronics company Celestica , which operates another plant in Kladno in the Czech Republic . The village has always been parish after Blansko.
