Brťov-Jeneč is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located ten kilometers northeast of Tišnov and belongs to the Okres Blansko .

geography

Brťov-Jeneč is located in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands on both sides of the Křížovský creek, which is also known as Křížovka or Jenečský potok. Brťov u Černé Hory is located on the left bank of the stream in the valley, Jeneč southwest on the opposite bank on the hill Jenečský Kopec. To the north rises the Na Vrších (506 m), in the northeast of the Loučky (468 m), to the southwest the Velká hora (558 m) and in the northwest the Kraví hlava (566 m). The village is located on the southern edge of the Lysicko Nature Park. To the west of the municipality, the Křížovský potok is dammed in a reservoir.

Neighboring towns are Dlouhá Lhota in the north, Býkovice in the northeast, Černá Hora in the east, Žernovník and Malá Lhota in the southeast, Lubě , Hluboké Dvory , Unín and Rohozec in the south, Bukovice in the southwest, Zhoř in the west and Strhaře , Kozárov and Kunčina Ves in the north .

history

Brťov u Černé Hory

The first written mention of the villages Brťov and Vranková Lhota, which belonged to the Blansko domain , was made in 1399. At that time, Brťov consisted of 18 hubs and a tavern. Vranková Lhota later became extinct and the settlement was on the Na Vrankovech corridor . Before 1549 the Černá Hora lordship acquired the village. Brťov was originally parish to the Church of St. Laurentius in Dlouhá Lhota . After the parish expired, the village was parish off to Bořitov in 1625 . Bořitov later also formed the school site. After establishing a locality in Dlouhá Lhota, Brťov was assigned to this in 1785. In the same year the children were retrained to the new school in Dlouhá Lhota. The oldest local seal dates from 1823 and shows a chapel.

After the abolition of patrimonial Brťov formed from 1850 a municipality in the district administration Boskovice . In 1900, 319 people lived in the 58 houses in the village. In 1923 the place consisted of 68 houses. Between 1900 and 1901 a one-class village school was built. During the German occupation the village was named Zeidelweid . In 1950 the municipality was assigned to the Okres Blansko and at the beginning of 1961 united with Jeneč to form the municipality Brťov-Jeneč , with the district receiving the official name affix u Černé Hory .

Jeneč

Jeneč was founded by the Lords of Lomnitz . The first written mention was made in 1358 in the course of a transfer of ownership of Ješek Kuby von Jeneč. Around 1549 the Černá Hora dominion acquired the village. Jeneč originally belonged to the parish of St. Laurentius in Dlouhá Lhota, the village was reparried to Újezd around 1509 . The oldest local seal of Gencz shows a sheaf and a field of wheat .

After the abolition of patrimonial Jenčí formed from 1850 a municipality in the district administration Boskovice . At the end of the 19th century the place was called Jenč . In 1900, 95 people lived in the 27 houses of the village. After the construction of the new school in the neighboring town of Brťov, the children from Jenč were also enrolled there in 1901 . In 1923 the place consisted of 68 houses. The municipality has been called Jeneč since 1925 . In 1950 the municipality was assigned to the Okres Blansko and at the beginning of 1961 united with Brťov to form the municipality Brťov-Jeneč .

Brťov-Jeneč

The school in Brťov u Černé Hory was closed in 1973 and the children were retrained to Černá Hora. In the following year, a kindergarten opened in the school building and the community library moved into one of the classrooms. In the course of time, both districts have grown together into one unit.

The municipality Brťov-Jeneč consists of the districts Brťov u Černé Hory ( Brtiow , 1939–45: Zeidelweid ) and Jeneč ( Jentsch ), which also form cadastral districts.
