history

The village of Roudka probably came into being at the same time as Velké Opatovice . It consisted of two settlement areas, one of which was at the foot of the Hradisko castle hill and the other in the Jevička valley. Rudca was first mentioned in writing in 1355 in the Olomouc land table , when Vladike Bedřich von Opatovice acquired half a hube of land. In 1372 the village was divided when the Augustinian monastery Jevíčko bought the goods in Malá Roudka. A distinction was made between Malá and Velká Roudka for the first time. Malá Roudka was laid out as a forest hoof village along a road. Iron ore has been mined in the Badgrund near Velká Roudka for a long time; Archaeological finds show that iron was smelted there as early as the Bronze Age . The first written mention of Drahomilová Lhota was in 1376; the name Kotzowa Lhota / Kočová Lhota , which has been documented for the first time since 1713 , is probably derived from the name of a mayor. After the abolition of the Augustinian monastery in Jevíčko, Malá Roudka fell to the religious fund in 1784. In 1791 Joseph Maria von Friedenthal bought the villages of Albendorf , Klein Rautka and Kotzowa Lhota, which were formerly owned by Gewitsch Monastery , and joined them to his rule Borotin . The villages Groß and Klein Rautka and Kotzowa Lhota formed a common municipality since 1832.

After the abolition of patrimonial, the political municipality of Velká Roudka with the districts of Malá Roudka and Skočova Lhota in the district authority of Moravská Třebová was established in 1850 . In 1855 the municipality was assigned to the district administration Jevíčko , which was repealed in 1868. Between 1870 and 1872 Kadlečí was mined on graphite . From 1880 the municipality was called Hrubá Roudka. Since the end of the 19th century was the Kadlečí pläners broken. In 1920 the Hrubá Roudka split into the municipalities of Velká Roudka and Malá Roudka (with Skočova Lhota). In 1928 Malá Roudka was electrified. On the Kadlečí and Na Skalici hills, the companies Mauve in Berlin , Gessner & Pohl in Velké Opatovice, and Sedlák & Co from Blansko operated mining on clay. In 1936 the last clay pit was closed. During the German occupation, Malá Roudka was assigned to the Political District of Boskowitz between 1941 and 1945 . One of the three tunnels at Kadlečí was expanded in 1945 to become an air raid shelter for women and children. After the end of the war, the community was initially again part of the Okres Moravská Třebová and in 1949 again assigned to the Okres Boskovice. In 1954 the land boundaries between Malá and Velká Roudka, which had existed for almost 700 years, were cleared. At the beginning of 1961 Malá Roudka was assigned to the Okres Blansko . Between 1981 and 1991 the village was incorporated into Velké Opatovice. Since January 1st, 1992 the municipality of Malá Roudka exists again.
