Žerůtky (German Scherutek , formerly Zerutek ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located eight kilometers south of Kunštát and belongs to the Okres Blansko .
geography
Žerůtky is located at the eastern foot of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands in the Blanenský prolom ( Blanz Basin ). The village lies in the basin of the Žerůtský stream. The Speše (368 m) and Malý Chlum (488 m) rise to the northeast, the Velký Chlum (460 m) to the east and the Marek (472 m) to the northwest. To the east of Žerůtky lie the embankments of the unfinished Vienna-Wroclaw Reichsautobahn , behind which the route of the R 43 / E 461 expressway runs .
Neighboring towns are Lysice in the north, Pohodlí and Krhov in the northeast, Perná, Huť svaté Antonie, Obora and Klemov in the east, Bořitov in the southeast, Býkovice in the south, Dlouhá Lhota in the southwest, Kozárov and Kunčina Ves in the west and Lačnov and Štěchov in the northwest.
history
The first written mention of the village belonging to the Lysice manor was in 1353.
After the abolition of patrimonial formed Žerůtky 1850 a municipality in the district administration Boskovice . After the dissolution of Okres Boskovice, the municipality came to Okres Blansko at the beginning of 1961 .
